Gerald Pulsinelli
Chief Executive Officer, Primanti Bros.
Gerald Pulsinelli is currently the Chief Executive Officer for Primanti Bros., based in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, where he joined the brand early in 2025. Prior to Primanti Bros., Gerald was CEO at Viva Chicken, a fast casual Peruvian Rotisserie Joint founded and based in Charlotte, NC. His role with Viva began in 2019 where he built out the senior executive team from people, operations, marketing, learning & development, information technology, and finance departments to help lead the growth.
Prior to that role, Gerald was a member of the Senior Executive Team at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, based in Charlotte, NC. He was with Firebirds since inception where he served as the General Manager of the first location and spent over eighteen years in numerous senior level positions within the company; from operations to development. During Gerald’s career with Firebirds, he led various roles in leading the day-to-day operations of the company, to leading the development team where he was responsible for leading and directing the development team in achieving the company’s high growth objectives.
Gerald is a former member of the CHEERS Advisory board. He is also a current ambassador for CORE (Children of Restaurant Employees). He currently sits on the Johnson & Wales University, Charlotte Campus Executive Advisory Council.
