Lis Silveira

Lis brings over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Risk Management within the restaurant industry. Most recently, she served for three years as Chief Financial Officer at PJW Restaurant Group—one of the ARB portfolio brands—where she led the Seller-side acquisition diligence process and instituted enhanced financial reporting practices to position the brand for sustained growth and improved operational decision-making.

She began her career with Altamarea Group,a fine-dining multi-concept operator, and has since held senior finance leadership roles across the franchising and QSR sectors, including Paris Baguette America, Just Salad, and Dos Toros Taqueria. Ms. Silveira holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Hunter College in New York City.
