Tim Larson
General Counsel and Secretary
Tim has almost 30 years of experience practicing law, with over 21 years of experience as corporate in-house counsel, including over 18 years at restaurant companies. Prior to ARB, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Chuy’s Holdings, Inc., where he worked for 8 years through its successful acquisition by Darden Restaurants in 2024.
Before Chuy’s, he was a Partner at Culhane Meadows PLLC, practicing in real estate, franchising, and corporate transactions. Prior to Culhane, Tim spent over 11 years at Schlotzsky’s and FOCUS Brands (Cinnabon, Carvel, Schlotzksy’s, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Auntie Anne’s, and McAlister’s Deli), rising from Corporate Counsel to Vice President of Legal during his tenure. Previously, he was General Counsel of Neopost Loop One, an Internet shipping services provider. Before Neopost Loop One, Tim was engaged in the private practice of law. Tim received his BA from Baylor University, and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Baylor University School of Law.
